OLI Advancing Globally to Provide Systematized Training for Leaders
The Olivet Leadership Institute is progressing in all regions around the world as more sessions are held to provide systematized training program for future leaders in churches and para-church ministries. More focus is being given to OLI by mission headquarters to advance OLI as the principal apparatus that raises up leaders with strong Biblical foundation.
After Easter, WOA announced its shift of focus to leadership training in the world mission headquarters and the headquarters of continental and national Assemblies.
North America will offer a new OLI program in June with the emphasis to equip all participants with strong faith and correct understanding of the scriptural tradition all ministries and churches adhere to. According to OA USA, total of forty lectures on the Bible in the four-week program is designed to nourish those who have a passion to live for the Lord.
In the second week of May, a leadership training seminar will be held in London for all members who wish to do more for God and wish to learn to serve God through their life.
The leadership conference in New Delhi, India scheduled for the first week of May is anticipated to be a historic event with international leaders and many future leaders from across Greater India.
Euroasia Leadership Seminar will be held May 6-8 in Kiev, Ukraine.
Other continental regions and countries are also organizing OLI and the training programs to develop systematized training for the church members based on the model the Lord showed by being the good shepherd who cares for God’s people.
In John chapter 21, the Lord who resurrected and appeared to the disciples told the one who loved Him to feed His sheep. The churches are called to continue to shepherd the believers to know and understand the command and commission God gives to those who love Him.
